Training
Training has a high priority with HECKLER & KOCH. Currently, we have approximately 40 trainees both in commercial and technical trades. The technical trainees are prepared for their future professional tasks at the apprentice workshop.
In addition to the basic metal working skills, they develop their team working skills. As a supplement to the above, training takes place at the manufacturing shops to convey the required practical experience.
The commercial trainees in the course of their training go through all commercial fields.
In addition to the above, we also offer financial support for bachelor and graduate degrees in various specialities. The international nature of our company ensures the widest learning opportunities.
